Joanna Yerro – Personal assistant to Dr. Benjamin Tehrani
Joanna Yerro is a personal virtual assistant to Dr. Tehrani. Even though she currently resides in the Philippines, she plays a crucial role in organizing Dr. Tehrani’s work.
Joanna is a licensed nurse and has been working with Kings Point Foot & Ankle for more than two years now. Among the many responsibilities Joanna has, overseeing patients’ eligibility and benefits, and authorization requests are her primary duties, and she executes them perfectly.
In her out-of-office time, she enjoys playing with her son, watching TV shows, and listening to music. Working with Dr. Tehrani has helped her realize that distance doesn’t matter if you are passionate about what you do. She believes that success always comes no matter how rough are the roads that lead to it. Joanna is grateful to be part of the growing Kings Point Foot & Ankle family, and looks forward to many more years together.
Nate
With over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Nate have developed a diverse skill set that encompasses various aspects of medical administration and client services. For the past 8 years, he have excelled as a Medical Virtual Assistant, where he honed his ability to streamline operations and enhance patient experiences.
In his previous roles, he served as a Manager in health insurance, overseeing both provider and member services, ensuring effective communication and support for all stakeholders. Additionally, he held the position of Admissions Manager at a mental health facility, dedicated to facilitating smooth admissions processes and fostering a welcoming environment for clients.
His expertise also includes client finance and general medical virtual assistance, allowing him to provide comprehensive support tailored to the needs of healthcare providers and patients alike.
Outside of work, Nate enjoys traveling, especially to beaches and natural landscapes, where he can unwind and recharge.
Nate is passionate about contributing to the healthcare field and committed to delivering high-quality service in every role he undertake.
Kenneth
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and currently serves as a Virtual Assistant Personal Injury Coordinator at Kingspoint Foot & Ankle in Dr. Tehrani's office. In this capacity, he manages the team's tracker, facilitating efficient operations and ensuring seamless task execution. Kenneth adeptly responds to emails from law firms, assists patients with inquiries, schedules appointments, and provides necessary bills and records.
Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys reading, particularly books on mental health, as well as playing games and listening to rock music.
Dianne
Dianne is the Virtual Assistant Personal Injury Coordinator at Kingspoint Foot & Ankle Specialists, where she skillfully manages interactions with VIP law offices and VIP patients. Her role involves frequent communication via phone and email as she addresses inquiries from law firms, provides essential bills and records, negotiates liens, assists patients with their needs, and schedules appointments—covering everything from A to Z. She also supports Dr. Tehrani on a daily basis, making sure he has everything he needs while attending to his patients during their appointments.
For over a decade, Dianne has been navigating the virtual and U.S. healthcare industries, and now she’s diving into Personal Injury and Liens with Dr. Tehrani. She has mastered the art of staying organized and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. While she takes her work seriously, she always brings a smile to the process. When she’s off the clock, you can find her at the beach, spending time with friends and family, or pampering her 6 rescued cats and 3 dogs!
Mark
Mark has spent eight years in the medical virtual assistant industry and currently works as a Virtual Assistant Personal Injury Coordinator at Kingspoint Foot & Ankle in Dr. Tehrani's office. His responsibilities include managing subpoena requests, scheduling patients, and responding to various inquiries from law firms.
In his free time, Mark enjoys watching crime docuseries, hanging out with friends, and experimenting with makeup.
